First Commonwealth Receives Top Workplace Recognition for 2025
INDIANA, PA (September 8, 2025) ― For a seventh straight year, First Commonwealth Bank has been named a Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
This recognition is based solely on employee feedback administered by a third-party vendor in March. This survey was distributed to the “Greater Pittsburgh” area, which included about 900 employees in the following counties: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland. To qualify, companies must have more than 150 employees and achieve a Workplace Survey response rate of 35 percent or higher.
The Top Workplace list was announced and published in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on Sunday, September 7.
“We are incredibly honored to be recognized with so many other outstanding employers for this award,” said Carrie Riggle, First Commonwealth Bank Executive Vice President/Human Resources Manager. “The fact that our employees participated in the nomination process for this recognition makes the selection all the more rewarding.”
