First Commonwealth Hires Financial Solutions Area Manager for its Metro PA Central Area
INDIANA, PA (September 8, 2025) ― First Commonwealth Bank has named veteran executive banker Cliff Davidson as Financial Solutions Network Area Manager for the bank’s Metro PA Central Market, which encompasses 13 branch locations in Allegheny County.
Davidson joins First Commonwealth with more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry, including leadership roles across commercial lending, retail banking, treasury management, and wealth management segments of the business. He has proven expertise in driving strategic growth, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, and delivering end-to-end financial solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

In addition to his vast banking, management and leadership experience, Davidson is deeply involved in community engagement and currently is the Vice Chairperson of the Regional Development Funding Corporation. He also has held current and past volunteer and leadership positions in several community organizations, including the Ingomar North Recreation and Swim Club, Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, Junior Achievement of Western PA, Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, Rotary International, Target the Cure – Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, HEARTH, Light of Life Rescue Mission, and Crisis Center North.
A graduate of Robert Morris University with a degree in business administration, Davidson also earned his MBA from Waynesburg University. He resides in the Ingomar community in the North Hills with his wife, Lisa, two sons and daughter.
