First Commonwealth Bank Names Manager at Waterfront Branch
INDIANA, PA (September 2, 2025) ― First Commonwealth Bank has announced a new manager for its Waterfront branch in Homestead.

Amy Rozum brings more than two decades of banking experience to First Commonwealth, including the past six years in a branch-leadership role. She will manage the bank’s Waterfront Branch, located at 500 E. Waterfront Dr., Homestead, PA.
“Amy’s customer-first approach and managerial experience in banking will be great assets to FCB,” said Adam Dick, First Commonwealth Bank’s Regional Manager. “Amy’s deep connection to community banking and her banking leadership skills will be tremendous benefits in this key role of helping customers and businesses with their financial needs.”
Rozum’s 22-year banking career has been highlighted by her relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction and strong management skills. Prior to joining First Commonwealth, she spent the past six years as a vice president and financial center manager at Northwest Bank in Washington, PA. She has also held branch manager positions at several other community and regional banks throughout Western PA’s Tri-County markets.
She is active in several community organizations and serves as the president of the West Allegheny Band Booster Organization. She also is a committee member for the Blueprints and City of Washington’s Ways to Work program, a low-interest loan program that helps low-income individuals in Washington, Greene, and Fayette counties purchase or repair vehicles. Additionally, Rozum provides a monthly seminar for Financial Wellness Education to the non-profit Pathways of Southwestern PA.
A graduate of Edinboro University, Rozum earned a bachelor’s degree in English Writing. She has two daughters, Renee (22) and Lindsey (17), and lives in McDonald, PA.
