First Commonwealth Announces Three Promotions in Marketing and Experience Department

INDIANA, PA (December 11, 2025) — First Commonwealth Bank has announced three leadership promotions within its Marketing and Experience Department.

Jean Parker was promoted to lead the Regional Learning and Development team; Larissa Murphy was promoted to Marketing and Brand Manager; and Erin Carlisle was promoted to Communications and Customer Experience Manager.

After partnering with First Commonwealth for several years through consultancy, Parker joined First Commonwealth full-time in April 2025 in the Bank’s learning and development team.  In her new role, she will lead the Regional Learning and Development team with a regional focus on sales and service training.

Murphy, who spent 15 years in key roles in First Commonwealth’s Marketing Department, most recently led the team’s content and media strategy. In her new role, she will lead the marketing team’s efforts with advertising, brand strategy and community engagement.

Carlisle joined First Commonwealth in 2015 and spent years managing a branch before moving onto roles in Product and Project Management areas. She joined the Marketing and Communications Department in March 2023 as the Customer Experience Manager.  In her new role, she will manage the external and internal communications and customer experience areas.
